Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105. During the year the company had little income and was financed by loans from its director, whose loan account rose from £8,166 to £43,774. As a result the company’s liabilities exceeded its assets by £34,853 at 31 January 2026; excluding the director’s loan the company had net assets of £8,921. The director has confirmed that he will continue to support the company and will not seek repayment of his loan where that would leave the company unable to pay its other creditors as they fall due. The accounts have therefore been prepared on the going concern basis. The comparative figures are those of the amended accounts for the period ended 31 January 2025, delivered to the Registrar of Companies on 9 October 2026.
