During the financial year, London Music Unboxed CIC (LMU) provided accessible music education and creative opportunities for children and young people across Plumstead and the wider community. Through partnerships with community organisations, churches and schools, we delivered regular music tuition, choir training, instrumental learning and progression opportunities. A key achievement was our partnership with Fresh Chances, working through its partnership network with the Royal Borough of Greenwich, alongside St John’s Church, Plumstead, to establish the Plumstead & Glyndon Community Youth Choir (PnG Choir). The initiative reached and taught over 30 children and young people, providing opportunities to develop singing, instrumental and ensemble skills.
