Director's benefits: advances, credit and guarantees
At the start of the year, the company owed the Director, Mr P Virk, £445. During the year, advances were made to Mr P Virk of £236,214 and repayments of £181,988 were made to the company. Interest was charged on this loan at a rate of 3.75% (2.25% Pre 6 April 2025) and amounted to £2,070. At the year end there was an outstanding balance of £55,851. The balance is unsecured and repayable on demand.

Financial commitments, guarantees and contingencies
The company is currently assessing the potential tax implications arising from certain historic transactions. As a result, there remains uncertainty as to whether any additional tax liability may arise in respect of prior periods. No provision has been recognised at this stage as the outcome of the matter remains uncertain and the financial effect and timing of any potential liability cannot currently be estimated reliably.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime', and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The director of the company has elected not to include a copy of the profit and loss account within the financial statements.true
