The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2. Going Concern Disclosure
The director has considered the company’s financial position, forecast cash flows and the repayment terms of its borrowings. Following this assessment, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date these financial statements are authorised for issue. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.
2.3. Turnover
Turnover represents income from the provision of services and is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, net of value added tax, discounts, rebates and other similar allowances.
Turnover is recognised by reference to the stage of completion of the services at the reporting date, provided the outcome of the contract can be estimated reliably. The stage of completion is determined by comparing costs incurred for work performed to date with total estimated contract costs. Where the outcome cannot be estimated reliably, turnover is recognised only to the extent of costs incurred that are expected to be recoverable.
Amounts invoiced in advance of services being provided are recognised as deferred income.
2.4. Tangible Fixed Assets and Depreciation
Tangible fixed assets are measured at cost less accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment losses. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost of the fixed assets, less their estimated residual value, over their expected useful lives on the following bases:
Motor Vehicles 20% per annum on a diminishing balance basis
Fixtures & Fittings 20% per annum on a straight line basis

2.6. Taxation
Taxation comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in profit or loss, except where it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity, in which case the related tax is recognised on the same basis.
Current tax is calculated on taxable profits using tax rates and laws enacted or substantively enacted at the reporting date.
Deferred tax is recognised on timing differences arising between the recognition of income and expenditure in the financial statements and their recognition for tax purposes. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws enacted or substantively enacted at the reporting date that are expected to apply when the timing differences reverse.
