The comparative figures for the year ended 31 January 2025 have been restated. The accounts originally filed for that year were prepared as dormant company accounts. The restated figures include the dividend, Corporation Tax, accountancy fees and bank charges that were omitted, reflect cash and net assets as shown by the company’s bank statements, include depreciation of fixed assets, remove an accrual of £840 that did not represent a liability, and reclassify £1 shown as stock as called up share capital not paid. Net assets at 31 January 2025 are restated from £5,513 to £4,256.
Tangible fixed assets are depreciated at 15% per annum on a reducing balance basis. Balances held in euros and US dollars are translated into sterling at the rates of exchange at the balance sheet date, and gains and losses are taken to profit and loss.
