Race Equality Matters CIC has benefitted the community in many ways including using their network to amplify voices of ethnically diverse employees and network leaders in organizations enabling peer support and sharing of best practice. REM has helped by mobilising organisations and communities, providing practical tools and frameworks, building networks of changemakers, and raising awareness and capacity for tackling race inequality - particularly in the workplace. Its programmes like Race Equality Week, the Race Equality Network, and practical conversation tools are concrete ways they engage.
