1. Employees

The average number of employees during the year was 0 (2024: 0).

2. Statement of Compliance

These financial statements have been prepared in compliance with FRS 105 - The financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.

Basis of preparation

The company ceased trading during the financial year and the director intends to apply for the company to be struck off the register at Companies House.

Accordingly, the financial statements have not been prepared on a going concern basis. The carrying values of assets and liabilities have been reviewed and adjusted, where necessary, to reflect their expected realisable and settlement values.

The financial statements are presented in sterling (£), which is also the functional currency of the company.

The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
