During the financial year, FND Collective CIC provided low-cost equine-assisted and walk-and-talk sessions to support people affected by Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and associated difficulties. Sessions were held in Billingshurst, Horsham Park and Plummers Plain, in West Sussex. The company’s activities offered opportunities for psychological support in outdoor settings, with sessions adapted to participants’ individual needs and physical abilities. The provision of reduced-cost sessions helped address financial barriers to accessing support. These activities benefited the community by widening access to support for people who may otherwise struggle to afford it, and by providing opportunities for connection, participation and sup-port with managing the impact of their symptoms. All sessions were self funded, no donations or contracts with any LAs were received.
No consultation with stakeholders
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
