Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention in accordance with FRS 105 and the micro-entities provisions.
The property is held for sale and included in stock at the lower of cost and estimated selling price less costs to complete and sell. Cost includes purchase, refurbishment and directly attributable project costs.
Borrowing costs are charged to profit or loss. Material loan transaction fees are allocated over the loan term. Loan balances reflect interest attributable to the reporting period and unamortised transaction fees.
Payments relating to future periods are recorded as prepayments. Costs include irrecoverable VAT.
The accounts have been prepared on the going concern basis, supported by the directors’ confirmation that funding is available to meet the company’s obligations through the planned property sale.
