1 Statutory information
Unlock My Cloud Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 16191877. The registered office is The Old Country, Bosbury, Ledbury, HR8 1JX, United Kingdom.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
During the period, advances were made to a director and participator of the company. The director's loan account balance before interest and amounts credited to the account was £33,579 due from the director. Interest of £240,90 was charged on the outstanding loan balance, calculated using HMRC's official rates applicable during the period, being 2.25% per annum to 5 April 2025 and 3.75% per annum from 6 April 2025. During the period, £6,053.00 of director's remuneration and £312.00 of expenses were credited to the director's loan account. After charging interest and crediting these amounts, the balance due from the director was £27,455.10 The loan is unsecured and repayable on demand. No amounts were written off or waived during the period.

For the period ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
