Directors advances, credits and guarantees
The company has a loan account with its director,
Mr D A Woffinden
. The loan represents monies owed by the company to him. The loan is interest free, unsecured and repayable on demand. The balance outstanding at 31 March 2026 was £4,083 (credit) (31 March 2025 - £4,962 (debit)).
For the year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
