2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 105 and the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 on a basis other than going concern. The company ceased trading on 30 June 2026 and assets have been stated at amounts expected to be recoverable and liabilities at amounts expected to be settled.
