During the year the directors have had a loan from the company. The balance outstanding at the year end was £13,823 (2025 - £10,483). Advances in the year totalled £54,220 and repayments totalled £50,880. The maximum amount of the loan during the year was £13,823. The loan has interest charged at the HMRC approved rate and is repayable on demand.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
