Company activities and impact

Throughout the year, Inclusive Pathways CIC continued to deliver its Saturday short-break sessions, providing a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Our sessions were designed to encourage social interaction, build confidence, promote independence and support personal development through a varied programme of engaging activities. These included sports, arts and crafts, sensory play, cookery and practical life skills, with each activity adapted to meet the individual needs, interests and abilities of those attending. Alongside the positive experiences provided for the children and young people, our services offered much-needed respite for parents and carers, giving them valuable time away from their daily caring responsibilities. This contributed to improved family wellbeing, reduced pressures at home and greater support for families within the community. Inclusive Pathways CIC remained dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centred support, ensuring that every child and young person had the opportunity to participate, develop new skills, form friendships and enjoy meaningful experiences in an environment where they felt valued, supported and included.
