Overall Impact Statement Between April 2025 and April 2026, our organisation used creativity as a practical tool for community development, enabling over 200 women across Greater Manchester to participate in artistic activity, develop skills, build confidence and contribute to collective projects. Through sustained partnerships, women-led events, participatory theatre and creative research, we supported women to move from taking part to shaping, leading and delivering activity themselves. We created accessible opportunities for women’s voices and experiences to be shared, strengthened connections between community members and professional networks, and generated resources that continue to support advocacy and future development. Our impact is reflected not only in the reach of our programme, but in the capacity developed within community groups, the relationships established, the skills put into practice and the opportunities created for women to influence their own creative and community experiences. As a Community Interest Company, we remain committed to delivering work that generates social value beyond individual events: strengthening community participation, supporting women’s leadership, widening access to creativity and developing collaborative approaches that recognise the knowledge, potential and contribution of the communities we serve.
