| 1. | STATUTORY INFORMATION |
| Global Compliance And Regulatory Services Limited is a |
| The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£). |
| 2. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Going concern |
| The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In making their assessment, the directors have reviewed the balance sheet and the likely future cash flows of the business and have considered the facilities and financial support available to the company. |
| At the date of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and that the going concern basis of accounting remains appropriate. The directors therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. |
| Significant judgements and estimates |
| Recoverability of balances with connected entities - The recoverability of amounts owed by connected entities requires judgement regarding their ability to repay. The assessment considers each entity's financial position, forecast cash flows, available funding, repayment arrangements and receipts after the reporting date. An impairment allowance is recognised where the evidence indicates that the carrying amount is not fully recoverable. |
| Useful economic lives of tangible fixed assets - The depreciation charge depends on the estimated useful economic lives and residual values of tangible fixed assets. These estimates are reviewed in light of the assets' condition, expected usage and technological developments. Changes in estimates are reflected in depreciation charges for the current and future periods, as appropriate. |
| Recoverability of trade debtors - The directors assess the recoverability of trade debtors by considering the age of outstanding balances, payment history, receipts after the reporting date, customer disputes and available information about customers' financial circumstances. An allowance is recognised where the evidence indicates that a balance will not be recovered in full. |

Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference. |
| Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits. |
