2Off balance sheet arrangements
Advances to directors: During the year the directors’ loan account was overdrawn. At 31 January 2026 the directors owed the company £586, after offsetting £23,742 owed by the company to Michael Gray on a vehicle loan he provided. The balance was repaid in full on 31 March 2026. No interest was charged and there were no other conditions.
