Delivered networking events with educational content: Supporting women in professional disciplines to be paired with career mentors to guide and support them. The network allowed the opportunity for women to network with like-minded women, to have a safe space to tackle setbacks and exchange ideas to help growth. Masterclass for Skill Development: The events focus on providing practical skills and vocational training that are relevant to the specific needs and aspirations of women from ethnic minority backgrounds. This can enhance their employability, economic independence, career advancement and entrepreneurship opportunities, enabling them to contribute to their communities and break the cycle of poverty and inequality. We ran masterclass on how to create a marketing strategy to grow your business on line and A goal setting workshop. The networking session allowed women to mingle and network as well as access to role models and mentors. The networking events often feature accomplished individuals from diverse backgrounds, including successful women leaders from ethnic minority groups. Interacting with these role models and mentors can be inspiring and empowering.
