These are the company’s first accounts and cover the period from incorporation on 12 January 2026 to 1 October 2026. The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis. The director has confirmed that financial support will remain available and that the company can meet its liabilities as they fall due. Creditors falling due within one year include amounts introduced by the director and business expenses paid personally on behalf of the company.
