Part 1 — General description of the company’s activities and impact

The Company provided educational services to students and families, including mainstream and home schooled pupils. Services included: matching suitable tutors to the needs of the children concerned to provide tutoring and mentoring services either face to face or online; running small group sessions in core subjects for secondary aged students; providing a safe space where the children can associate with their peers;improving social skills by facilitating collaborative activities, games and sports; providing parental counselling; providing support groups for parents whose children have emotionally based school non-attendance.

Part 2 — Consultation with stakeholders

The company's stakeholders are the pupils, parents and tutors. Stakeholder consultation takes place on an ongoing basis. Stakeholders were consulted around the type of small group classes they would like and interest groups they would like to attend. Opportunities for feedback are given via paper forms, email surveys and website forms. The feedback has been discussed at strategy meetings and actions have been taken to ensure a culture of continuous improvement and development of services that meet local needs.
