| The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£). |
| 2. | STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE |
| These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. |
| 3. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. |
| The accounts have been prepared under the going concern concept due to the fact that the company has the continued support of the group. The directors have been given assurance that this support will continue for the foreseeable future. |
| Turnover |
| Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |
| The company recognises revenue upon delivery of machines and parts; and on the completion of servicing work. Machine sales are invoiced in stage payments which are included on the balance sheet as deferred income until delivery has taken place. All other sales are invoiced based on the stage of completion of work. |
| Tangible fixed assets |
| Tangible fixed assets are stated in the balance sheet at cost, less any subsequent accumulated depreciation and subsequent accumulated impairment losses. |
| Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off cost less estimated residual value of each asset over its estimated useful life: |
| Short leasehold improvements | Over the term of the lease |
| Demo machines | 10% Straight line |
| Furniture and fittings | 15% Straight line |
| Computer equipment | 25% Straight line |
| Motor vehicles | 35% Reducing balance |
| Stocks |
| Stocks are valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value, after making due allowance for obsolete and slow moving items. |
| Taxation |
| Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
| Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
| Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |

| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date. |
| Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference. |
| Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits. |
| Foreign currencies |
| Assets and liabilities in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rates of exchange ruling at the balance sheet date. Transactions in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rate of exchange ruling at the date of transaction. Exchange differences are taken into account in arriving at the operating result. |
| Hire purchase and leasing commitments |
| Rentals paid under operating leases are charged to profit or loss on a straight line basis over the period of the lease. |
| Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits |
| Contributions payable to employees pension schemes are charged to the profit and loss account in the period to which they relate. |

| 5. | TANGIBLE FIXED ASSETS - continued |
| During the year, the directors completed a review of the company’s depreciation policy in respect of demo machines included within plant and machinery. This review concluded that the previous depreciation policy did not appropriately reflect the expected useful economic life and residual value of these assets. The directors now consider the prior estimate to have been incorrect. |
| Accordingly, the depreciation rates and residual value assumptions have been revised to better reflect the assets’ actual pattern of consumption and expected useful economic life. This change has been treated as a prior year adjustment, resulting in a restatement of comparative figures to correct the previous misstatement. |
| The impact of this adjustment has been to reduce the cumulative depreciation brought forward at 1 January 2025 by £159,337, of which £41,605 related to the 2024 financial year. This reduced administrative expenses and increased the profit reported for the year ended 31 December 2024 by £41,605 and also increased tangible fixed asset net book values and retained earnings as at 31 December 2024 by £159,337. |

| Reclassification of comparative |
| Previously, deferred income was included within other creditors (2024: £525,832). This has now been reclassified to be disclosed separately on the face of the balance sheet in order to better reflect the fact that this amount is not a creditor but represents income which cannot be recognised as at the year end. |
| In the opinion of the directors, this presents a fairer picture of the company's financial position to readers of the financial statements. There is no effect on net liabilities at 31 December 2024. |
| 8. | LEASING AGREEMENTS |

| Credit to Income Statement during year | ( |
) |
| Balance at 31 December 2025 | ( |
) |
| During the year, the company recognised a deferred tax asset in respect of cumulative tax losses for the first time. This follows an updated assessment of future taxable profit forecasts, which provides sufficient evidence that the utilisation of these losses is now probable. The resulting credit of £277,900 to the tax disclosed in the income statement has been presented as an exceptional item due to its material impact on the current year’s results. |
