ASPIRE4U COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY

Directors' report period ended 31 December 2025

The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 December 2025

Principal activities of the company

During the financial year ending 31 December 2025, Aspire4U Community Interest Company (CIC) proudly delivered a robust portfolio of transformative community interventions across the West Midlands, structured around four primary pillars of social value: Youth Outreach, Safety & Empowerment: We actively safeguarded communities by deploying youth workers and our specialized "Wellbeing Van" to targeted crime hotspots and holiday periods (such as summer and winter outreach in Walsall and Sandwell). Through initiatives like the Independent Youth Assembly (CYP Innovation Project), we provided young people with platforms to shape local initiatives and build leadership skills. Mental Health & Clinical Wellbeing: We addressed critical health inequalities by delivering professional low-level mental health support, health assessments, and supervised 1:1 psychological therapy sessions across Dudley and Walsall (including Dudley Support Circles and Talking Therapies Plus). Supported by clinical supervision and Enhanced DBS-checked practitioners, these services relieved immense strain on traditional healthcare systems. Enterprise & Employability Training: We championed local economic growth and workforce readiness by delivering the Sandwell Enterprise Programme (supporting intensive entrepreneurial training paths for numerous local micro-businesses) alongside Walsall Works NEET training, which equipped out-of-work youth with vital vocational skills. Digital Inclusion & Innovation: We bridged digital poverty across the region via the WM DEX digital inclusion project, ensuring vulnerable young people gained essential technological skills for modern life. Through these core activities, Aspire4U CIC directly fostered safer streets, improved mental wellbeing, and built sustainable economic pathways for our community.
