During the year, advances of £34,577 were made to the director, including interest charged of £4,960. Repayments of £725 were made during the year. At 31 January 2026, the amount due from the director was £154,434. The loan is unsecured, repayable on demand and interest is charged at the official rate of interest.

For the year ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
