Going Concern
The company had net liabilities at the balance sheet date. The director is taking advice and exploring the companys options for the future. Should these options not be successful, the going concern basis would no longer be appropriate and adjustments would be required to reduce assets to their realisable values and to provide for further liabilities. These circumstances indicate a material uncertainty which casts significant doubt on the companys ability to continue as a going concern.
