Trustees' Report
The trustees present their report and the financial statements for the year ended 31 January 2026.
Objectives and Activities
Aims and Objectives
Skysthelimit.org - UK is dedicated to advancing economic inclusion, reducing unemployment, and relieving poverty through entrepreneurship. The charity’s primary objective is to build an inclusive onramp to business ownership by connecting under-resourced entrepreneurs—particularly women, young adults, and low-to-moderate-income individuals—with the tools, capital, and networks required to build viable, sustainable businesses.
To achieve these aims, the charity provides:
  • Mentorship & Social Capital: Facilitating 1-to-1 connections between founders and experienced corporate and industry volunteers for skills-based mentoring.
  • Digital Business Support: Delivering accessible, AI-assisted business planning, interactive learning modules, and step-by-step launch guidance, increasingly powered by CoFounder AI.
  • Financial Support: Offering micro-grants and resources to help early-stage entrepreneurs bridge the startup capital gap.
  • Community Building: Fostering a global and local peer support network to increase confidence and business sustainability.
Public Benefit
For the financial year ending 31 January 2026, Skysthelimit.org - UK provided platform support, educational programming, mentoring, and grant opportunities to beneficiaries. The public benefits derived from these activities include:
  • Economic Empowerment & Mobility: Empowering historically under-resourced founders to establish income-generating enterprises, build personal asset wealth, and achieve financial self-sufficiency.
  • Job Creation & Local Growth: Supporting small business development that drives employment creation, promotes localised economic resilience, and revitalises communities across the UK and globally.
  • Skills & Workforce Development: Providing free digital training and practical business education to raise digital and commercial skills, alongside offering corporate volunteers high-impact skills-based civic engagement opportunities.
The trustees confirm that they have complied with the requirements of Section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit.
