Prestige Premises Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 13987064 . The registered office is 2 Church Lane, East Peckham, Tonbridge, Kent, TN12 5JH. A Profit & Loss account was not filed.

Included in short term creditors is a loan of £178,516 from Prestige Guarding Limited, a company in which Tina Tickle and Chloe Kerton are also shareholders and Directors. This loan is unsecured and repayable on demand, and does not carry interest. Prestige Guarding Ltd is committed to support Prestige Premises Ltd and does not intend to recall the loan in the short term.

For the year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
