Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts are prepared under the historical cost convention and the micro-entities regime. Comparative figures for 2024 have been restated to recognise a GBP 60 account-opening fee funded by an outstanding director advance, and GBP 1 of issued share capital remaining unpaid as recorded on incorporation. These corrections increase creditors due within one year by GBP 60, increase called up share capital not paid by GBP 1 and reduce total capital and reserves by GBP 59, from nil to negative GBP 59.

Other accounting policies
Annual domain registrations and address services are charged over the service period, with the unexpired portion included in prepayments. Foreign-currency bank balances are translated at the closing exchange rate. Personal expenses paid by the company are debited to the director's loan account. Amounts are presented in whole pounds; capital and reserves include the rounding adjustment necessary to reconcile the balance sheet.
