Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention, on the going concern basis, in accordance with FRS 105 and the micro-entity provisions. These are the first accounts. Turnover comprises business sales excluding applicable VAT. VAT registration from 1 April 2025 has been assumed on the director's instruction. VAT receivable is limited to GBP 3,438.19 supported by the first filed refund; a further GBP 2,841.68 of recovery has not been substantiated and is excluded from assets and charged to expenses. Further evidence may require a subsequent adjustment. The original van is depreciated straight-line over five years with nil residual value from 15 August 2025. The December 2025 replacement is accounted for in the subsequent period. The director loan creditor is repayable on demand.
