During the last financial year, the company focused on its core mission to support transgender and non-binary individuals in West Oxfordshire. Our primary activity was organising and running a safe, consistent social environment. We successfully delivered weekly meetups hosted in local community spaces. These gatherings provided peer-to-peer support, shared resources, and a safe environment for marginalised individuals to connect, combat isolation, and build community networks. These weekly meetups directly benefitted the local transgender and non-binary community in several measurable ways: - Reduced Isolation: Provided a reliable, welcoming weekly space for individuals who otherwise face geographic and social isolation in a largely rural district. - Improved Mental Well-being: Offered a vital peer support network, allowing attendees to share lived experiences, discuss mental health challenges, and offer mutual emotional support. - Community Integration: Established a visible, safe presence within a local public community space, fostering a sense of belonging and civic inclusion for gender-diverse residents.
