Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
Creditors due within one year comprise GBP 190 owed to the director, consisting of GBP 90 of net cash advances and GBP 100 of company expenses paid personally by the director. The amounts are interest-free and have no fixed repayment date.
The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis. At 28 February 2026, the company had net liabilities of GBP 90. The director has confirmed a willingness to defer recovery of amounts owed when company funds are insufficient and to support necessary expenditure for at least 12 months from the date the accounts are approved. On this basis, the director considers the going concern basis appropriate.
