1 Statutory information
Atlas Environmental Partners Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 16391880. The registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, England.
2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
At 30 April 2026 the company owed £8,456 to its directors. The amount arose on loans made by the directors to the company, is unsecured and interest free, and is repayable on demand. No guarantees have been given or received in respect of the balance.
3 Average number of employees
During the period the average number of employees was 2.
For the period ending 30 April 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
