For the financial year ending 31 January 2026 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

3. Directors’ benefits: advances, credit and guarantees

Advances

The Directors loan accounts are repayable on demand and interest has been charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.

At 1 February 2025 the balance owed from Mr M Dicken was £nil. During the year the company made advances to the director amounting to £36,381 and received payments of £12,888 leaving a balance due from Mr M Dicken of £23,493.

At 1 February 2025 the balance owed from Mr J M Dicken was £20,104. During the year, the company made advances to the director amounting to £45,300 and received payments of £33,498 leaving a balance due from Mr J M Dicken of £31,906.

At 1 February 2024 the balance owed from Mr J M Dicken was £29,182. During the year, the company made advances to the director amounting to £41,632 and received payments of £50,710 leaving a balance due from Mr J M Dicken of £20,104.
