2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, The financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Other accounting policies
Prior period corrections
Comparative figures have been restated following corrections to historical motor vehicle transactions, depreciation and duplicate expenses. The adjustments have been reflected in the comparative balance sheet and opening reserves, rather than in the current years profits
