NOTES TO THE ACCOUNTS
1 Advances and credit, including terms and interest rates
During the year, an advance of £10,000 was made to director Elliot Pitts on 12 July 2019 and repaid in full on 30 July 2019. No advance remained outstanding at 30 June 2020. No written repayment terms or interest charges have been identified in the records reviewed. The company owed the director £30.63 at the year end for business expenses paid personally.
2 Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed, including directors, during the year was 1 (2019: 1).
3 Comparative figures
The comparative figures have been restated to reflect corrections to the previous year’s accounts.
For the period ending 30 June 2020 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the micro-entities regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
