Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional and presentational currency of the company, and rounded to the nearest £.

2	Staff numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company (including directors) during the year, was 2 (2025 - 2).

Creditors

During the year, the company's Future Fund convertible loan note with a carrying value of £560,000 was converted into 303,333 ordinary A shares following a qualifying funding round.
