Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
At the year end the company had net liabilities. The company is funded by loans from its director and by equity from its parent undertaking, Correcto, Inc. The director and the parent undertaking have confirmed that they will continue to provide the financial support the company needs to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these accounts, and the director will not seek repayment of his loans where this would leave the company unable to do so. On this basis, the director considers it appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
