Notes to the Financial Statements

1. Employees

The average number of employees during the year was 8 (2025: 8).

2. Going Concern

The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. While the company has net liabilities of £120,230, the directors have confirmed they will continue to provide financial support to ensure the company can meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.

The company is a private company limited by guarantee and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
