For the year ended 31 March 2026 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006.

Members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - small entities.

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The Company has opted not to file the statement of income and retained earnings in accordance with provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.

1.	General information

Gravis AD Holdings 2 Ltd is a private company, limited by shares and incorporated in England and Wales, registration number 13406377. The registered office address is 24 Savile Row, London, W1S 2ES.

The Company was dormant in the current and prior period.

2.Accounting policies

2.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland' and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.

These financial statements are presented in sterling, which is the functional currency of the Company and rounded to the nearest £.

2.2

Compliance with accounting standards

The financial statements have been prepared using FRS102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, including the disclosure and presentation requirements of Section 1A, applicable to small companies. There were no material departures from that standard.

2.3

Debtors

Short-term debtors are measured at transaction price, less any impairment.

2.4

Creditors

Short-term creditors are measured at the transaction price.

2.5

Valuation of investments

Fixed asset investments are stated at cost less impairment.

Employees

The Company has no employees other than the Directors, who did not receive any remuneration (2025 -£NIL).

	At the balance sheet date the carrying value of the Company's fixed asset investments was £0.01 (2025 - £0.01).

The profit and loss account represents cumulative profits and losses net of any adjustments.

9.	Related party transactions
	The Company is exempt under the terms of Financial Reporting Standard 102 (FRS 102) paragraph 33.1A, from disclosing related party transactions with other group companies, on the grounds that the Company is wholly owned within the Group.

10.	Controlling party

The Company's immediate parent undertaking is Gravis AD Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales.

The ultimate parent and controlling party is GCP Intermediary Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales.

The smallest and largest group of undertakings into which the results of the Company are consolidated is headed by GCP Intermediary Holdings Limited.
