General Information
Dionysus Theatre Ltd is a private company limited by shares, incorporated and registered in England and Wales, company number 14627615. Its registered office is 11 High Barn, Worthing, West Sussex, United Kingdom, BN14 0TJ. The principal activity is the production and presentation of live theatre. The financial statements are presented in pounds sterling.

Statement Of Compliance
These financial statements are prepared in accordance with FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, and the Companies Act 2006 provisions for micro-entities. These are the first FRS 105 accounts; previously filed accounts stated FRS 102 Section 1A.

Comparatives have been reconstructed from available bank statements, personal business expense records, supplier and ticketing evidence. The previously filed balance sheets omitted bank balances, director financing and retained assets and did not reflect accumulated results. Corrections recognise these balances, depreciation, prepayments, accruals and ticket advances and remove duplicate reimbursements and identified personal costs. No additional quantified measurement change from adopting FRS 105 has been identified.

Reconstructed equity at 1 February 2024 is minus £1,500.78, compared with the previously filed £1, a reduction of £1,501.78. Equity at 31 January 2025 is minus £928.49, compared with £1, a reduction of £929.49. Comparative profit for the year ended 31 January 2025 is £572.29, compared with the filed loss of £1,503, an increase of £2,075.29. These are prior-period corrections, including correction of inconsistent filed balance sheets, rather than an unexplained cash adjustment.

Basis Of Preparation
Historical cost and accrual accounting are used. Retained costumes, scenery, furniture and reusable equipment are stated at original cost less straight-line depreciation with nil residual values. Useful lives and first-use dates are estimates documented in the asset register using purchase and production records and the director's confirmation of retained items. No value is assigned to older items whose cost is untraced.

Performance income is recognised when the performance takes place; earlier receipts are deferred. Interest and bank charges are accrued. Payments for later venue hire and insurance cover are prepaid. Platform receipts are reconciled to gross charges, refunds and processing fees where records permit. Comparative PayPal receipts of £194.48 remain net of unquantified processing fees; no fee or extra income is estimated.

The comparative insurance prepayment at 31 January 2024 is estimated at £94.92, allocating the £151.05 annual policy cost over confirmed cover from 18 September 2023 to 17 September 2024. The original invoice breakdown was unavailable. Detailed calculations and sources are retained in the supporting records.

Going concern: net liabilities at 31 January 2026 are £897.29, including £2,919.48 owed to director Robert Tremayne. The director has confirmed that repayment will not be required for at least twelve months from approval unless the company can comfortably repay. This support is taken into account in using the going concern basis. The director loan remains classified as current based on the terms at the balance sheet date.

The filing presentation uses whole pounds. Rounding individual account balances can differ from rounding aggregate totals.
