1 Advances and credit, including terms and interest rates
During the period the company advanced £14,823 to Andrew Graham Henderson, a director of the company, and £1,418 was repaid. The balance outstanding at 30 September 2025 was £13,405.
2 Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed, including directors, during the year was 0 (2024: 0).
For the period ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the micro-entities regime.
