2Accounting Policies
Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with FRS 105 “The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime” and the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006. They are presented in pounds sterling and cover the period from incorporation on 2 January 2025 to 31 January 2026.
Going concern
At 31 January 2026 the company had net liabilities of £7,569. This includes £3,451 owed to the director, who has confirmed that he will continue to support the company and will not demand repayment where this would leave the company unable to pay its other debts as they fall due. The director therefore considers it appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.
Turnover policy
Intangible assets amortisation policy
Trade debtors, cash, loans and creditors are basic financial instruments. They are measured at the amount receivable or payable, less any impairment of debtors.
Foreign currency
Transactions in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rate on the date of the transaction.
Taxation
Corporation Tax is provided on taxable profits at the rates in force. No Corporation Tax is payable for the period because of trading losses.
