At 31 January 2026 the company had no financial commitments, guarantees or contingent liabilities outside those recognised in the balance sheet, and no pension commitments.

Advances and credits
The director's current account had a nil opening balance. Advances granted to James Andrew Bell during the period totalled GBP 563.10, and repayments and settlements of those advances totalled GBP 400.09. At 31 January 2026, GBP 163.01 was due from the director. The maximum debit balance was GBP 419.05. No interest was charged, no security or fixed repayment date was agreed, and no amounts were written off or waived. No guarantees were given in connection with director borrowing.
