Women of Purpose International CIC is a non-profit community interest organisation established to ed-ucate, equip and empower women and girls, promoting their personal development, wellbeing, confi-dence and independence. During the financial year, the organisation carried out a range of community-focused educational and empowerment activities, mainly through free online programmes. These included monthly educational sessions, motivational talks, group discussions, awareness programmes and opportunities for women to share knowledge and experiences. The programmes addressed important areas of women's lives, including mental health and emotional wellbeing, physical health, spiritual wellbeing, healthy relationships, financial awareness, leadership development, personal growth and self-confidence. The organisation also facilitated face-to-face conferences and retreats, providing opportunities for women to learn, connect, support one another and develop personally. Participants contributed to-wards the costs of attending these events, with payments made into the company's bank account. The company then paid the relevant invoices directly to hotels and other service providers. The organisation has operated largely through voluntary contributions of time, skills and resources. Di-rectors have actively supported the planning, administration, coordination and delivery of programmes without receiving salaries or remuneration. Some travel and other operational expenses incurred in supporting the organisation's activities were personally funded by the director and were not reimbursed by the company. Through these activities, Women of Purpose International CIC has sought to benefit the community by improving access to education, promoting mental wellbeing, reducing social isolation, encouraging mu-tual support and empowering women and girls to recognise and develop their potential. The organisation remains committed to providing accessible opportunities for education, empowerment and community development.
The main stakeholders of Women of Purpose International CIC include women and girls participating in its programmes, volunteers, community members, programme facilitators, leaders and individuals supporting the organisation’s activities. The organisation has maintained communication with participants and stakeholders mainly through online platforms, group discussions, virtual meetings and face-to-face gatherings. These platforms have provided opportunities for participants to share their experiences, express their needs, suggest relevant educational topics and contribute ideas for future activities. The organisation has sought to respond to the needs and interests of its community by offering educational and empowerment programmes addressing mental health, relationships, financial wellbeing, leadership, personal development and other matters affecting women and girls. Stakeholder engagement continues to inform the organisation’s approach to planning and delivering activities that benefit the community.
