Balance sheet statements

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

5. Changes in presentation and prior period adjustments

During the financial year the director carried out a review of the classification of expenses and discovered that the company expenditure in 2025 was overstated by £9,220. The director felt it was appropriate to account for the miscalculations via a prior year adjustment.

6. Post balance sheet events

On the 26th September 2026 the company purchased and cancelled 27 ordinary shares of £1 each for a total consideration of £119,888. Following the purchase and cancellation, the issued share capital of the company comprised 73 ordinary shares of £1 each
