1. Employee numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to 3 (2025: 3 ).

2. Director's advances, credits and guarantees

The company made the following loans to a director during the current and previous financial year. The loans were repayable on demand, and interest was charged using the official rate of interest where the loan balance exceeded £10,000 at any time during the year.
