NOTES TO THE ACCOUNTS
1 Advances and credit, including terms and interest rates
At 1 February 2025, advances to a director totalled £1,000. During the year, further advances of £3,249.32 were made. The advances were interest-free and were settled against the director's remuneration. A total of £4,249.32 was repaid during the year. No advances were written off or waived. The balance outstanding at 31 January 2026 was £nil.
2 Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed, including directors, during the year was 1 (2025: 0).
For the period ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the micro-entities regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
