The average number of persons employed, including directors, during the year was 0 (2024: 0).

For the period ending 31 May 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the micro-entities regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

These revised accounts replace the accounts previously filed for the period ended 31 May 2025. These revised accounts are now the statutory accounts of the company for the period ended 31 May 2025. These revised accounts have been prepared as at the date of the original accounts and not as at the date of revision, and accordingly do not deal with events between those dates. Certain asset and creditor balances in the original accounts were based on estimates and did not accurately reflect the company’s underlying accounting records. The accounts have been revised to reflect the company’s actual creditor balances and accrued liabilities. Capital and reserves have been restated accordingly. The revision of these accounts was approved by the board on 22 October 2026.
