During the year, the company advanced £2,196 (2025: £2,710) to the director of the company. During the year, amounts of £9,366 (2025: £1,728) were repaid to the company. The total outstanding due to the director at the balance sheet date was £895 (2025: director owed the company £6,275).

As at the balance sheet date, the company was committed to making non-cancellable operating lease payments totalling £25,975 (2025: £4,950) in respect of motor vehicle leases.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime', and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
