2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of FRS 105. The company did not trade during the year. Comparative figures for the year ended 31 March 2025 have been restated to include minor bank and set-up transactions (cash at bank and an amount owed to the director) that were omitted from the dormant accounts previously filed.
