### The company’s activities and impact During the financial year, our company has continued to benefit the local community by providing inclusive, nature-based learning and wellbeing opportunities for children and young people who may struggle to access or engage with mainstream education. Through our forest school sessions and bespoke educational support packages, we have helped children develop confidence, self-esteem, social skills, emotional regulation and independence. Our approach provides a supportive outdoor environment where children can learn at their own pace, develop positive relationships and build a stronger connection with nature. We have supported children with additional needs, including those with autism, ADHD, anxiety and other barriers to learning. By offering flexible, individualised support, we aim to help children re-engage with education, improve their wellbeing and develop the skills they need to participate more fully in their communities. Our activities also benefit families by providing alternative educational opportunities and support when traditional classroom environments are not suitable for their children. We work with parents, schools and other professionals to develop packages that reflect each child's individual needs and circumstances. By making use of the natural environment as a learning resource, we encourage environmental awareness, respect for wildlife and responsible use of outdoor spaces. Our work also promotes the physical and mental health benefits of spending time outdoors. Overall, our company has made a positive contribution to the community by promoting inclusion, supporting children's educational and emotional development, reducing barriers to learning and helping young people build the confidence and skills they need for the future.
Throughout the financial year, we have maintained regular communication and consultation with key stakeholders, including parents and carers, schools, local authorities and other professionals involved in supporting the children and young people who access our services. We work closely with families to understand each child's individual needs, strengths and challenges, using their feedback to develop and adapt bespoke support packages. We also liaise with schools and other professionals to help ensure our provision complements existing educational plans and supports each child's wider development and wellbeing. Feedback from parents, carers and referring professionals helps us continually review and improve our services, ensuring our approach remains responsive, inclusive and beneficial to the children and families we support. Our focus is on collaborative working, open communication and achieving positive outcomes for the children and young people accessing our provision.
